Brain Capital Financing Scheme

Brain capital financing offers students at The Kühne Logistics University an innovative way of funding their course. Participants in this scheme pay no tuition fees while studying. In return, they commit themselves to making income-dependent payments after graduation, once a certain income level has been reached.

Benefits

• Gives people from all financial backgrounds the chance to study at THE KLU.
• Avoids the risk of a fixed tuition debt burden.
• Repayments are not due until you have sufficient financial means.
• Repayments are linked to your income and consequently to your ability to pay: if your income is low, so are your payments; if you earn more, you pay more.
• If you have little or no income after graduation, the repayment obligation is suspended entirely until the situation changes.
• After graduation, you have the freedom to pursue your preferred career path and are not forced to make your decision based on the need to repay loans.
• Under current German law, the repayments are mostly tax deductible  – a significant financial benefit.
• An individual coaching and counselling programme is offered exclusively to participants.

How to apply

• The first requirement is being selected for admission to THE KLU. Please indicate your interest in the financing scheme during the admission process. We will then provide you with all the necessary information.
