As information is key to successful education, the KLU Library works to ensure that KLU students, faculty members and staff have easy access to relevant logistics and management information and literature to support their learning, teaching and research activities. In the process of building the library, the focus is on offering access to digital resources.
The KLU library collection started to develop in early 2011. It holds both e-resources and print media on logistics, supply chain management, operations management, management & economics, leadership, marketing and social sciences. Special interest areas encompass maritime logistics, humanitarian logistics, transport management, information- and communication technology, sustainability and entrepreneurship.
KLU patrons have online access to a number of research databases (such as Business Source Complete, LexisNexis, JSTOR and ScienceDirect) and a selection of other relevant web resources. The library also gives access to a vast number of e-journals and magazines. Please go to the Online Resources section to find out more about the various e-resources. The print collection can be searched via the online catalogue.
Users will benefit from an integrated research infrastructure, educational and research support and customized training sessions. A small, but fine print collection and further information services, such as inter-library lending, reference services, and course literature supply are also being set up.
The use of the library premises and its printed or electronic holdings by external parties is not possible at the moment. For further information, please write to library(at)the-klu.org.
Please feel free to ask any question! We shall try to get back to you as fast as possible.
