A research network on the digital transformation has been established at Kühne Logistics University (KLU) in Hamburg. In partnership with Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, Kiel Institute for the World Economy (IfW), and Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI), Potsdam, KLU has appointed three new professors who will research digitalization from different perspectives. The heads of the four institutions held a press conference on May 23, 2017 to announce the formation of the new network. The subjects that the partners will examine include the use of digital platforms in logistics.
