The University Executive Board Sailing Regatta was held this year on June 28th at the Hamburg Außenalster. The event is organized annually by Hochschulsport Hamburg. In order to compete, each team must have at least one member who is a member of the executive board. This year ten universities from Hamburg competed in the race. KLU participated for its second year in a row and seized the win with flying colors. Sailing for KLU were Christian Barrot, Member of the Board, Phd candidate Moritz Jäger-Roschko, KLU student Nicolaus Johannes Schmidt, and Eberhard Hofmann from our partner, the Pollmann Foundation. Congratulations to the winners!

The old saying “Fair winds and following seas!” served the KLU sailing crew well this year. They sailed victoriously to the win, and to the trophy.
