Team KLU with good results at the German University Golf Championships

KLU golf group

KLU’s Golf Team with Fiona Liddell, Tom Schmanns and Bennet Krüger came in 5th place at the German University Golf-Championships from May 20 to 22 in Berlin/Bad Saarow. Fiona Liddell (5th place) and last year's winner Tom Schmanns (7th place) also made it to the top ten in the individual rankings.

Fiona summarized: “I could have done even better, after the first day I was only one stroke behind in second place, which I unfortunately didn't manage to finish. But that's how it is in sport! In any case, it was a lot of fun to represent KLU and to play here in Bad Saarow. I'm really looking forward to the championships next year”.

New German Champions in the individual rankings are Alina Bingel (Berlin-Wannsee, G&L) and Tim Opderbeck (Frankfurter GC). Best Team became Uni Düsseldorf.
