Communication & Academic Fundamentals
Degree program: BSc Managment
The module serves to provide students with a skillset that enables them to communicate effectively in writing and orally. It is a basic course for bachelor students to familiarize them with academic standards and to provide them with the communication skills necessary to succeed in academic and professional settings. Topics such as verbal and non-verbal communication will be focused on. Students will learn to present themselves and the results of their work with confidence and mastery, to use tools for clear communication, and to communicate in complex and conflict laden social situations. The course will be student-centered and interactive. Transfer of knowledge is supported by activities and exercises in which students will have the opportunity of applying their newly acquired knowledge, sharing their experience and getting constructive feedback.
