Degree program: BSc Business Administration
The course covers all basic concepts needed to get the main ideas of corporate finance. This includes the core concepts of time value of money, financial decision making, and the relation between risk and return as well as the the main aspects of investment and financing. Discussing the main capital budgeting techniques will enable students to use the appropriate instruments when discussing investment decisions. Students will furthermore be introduced to the specific techniques of stock and bond valuation and understand the most important short and long term financing instruments.
