Engaged Operational Leadership

Degree program: MBA

A clear understanding of your own leadership role is the be-all and end-all of successful leadership. In this seminar, we assume that your way of leading is the result of the many different, sometimes conflicting, expectations of your professional environment (e.g. colleagues, bosses, clients, etc.) and your ideas of how you would like to act in this role. On the one hand, there is a field of tension between wanting to meet these external expectations professionally. And on the other hand, there is the desire not to have to bend in one's professional position and set one's own accents. Thus, successful leadership requires a successful method to solve these inner conflicts. In this seminar, we will develop your own leadership style by addressing these inner conflicts. In particular, you will learn tools that you can use to continuously develop and adapt as a leader.
