Ethical Organizational Leadership

This course is designed to encourage students to confront fundamental moral challenges, to develop skills in moral analysis and judgment, and how this can be translated into action. To this end, students participating in this course will learn the concepts and tools necessary for analyzing typical ethical problems from a management perspective. As a result, participants will develop an analytical competence in resolving ethical problems and also improve their competence in effectively communicating about these issues.
