This module is part of the profiles "International Management" and "Sustainable Management". One of the most vital assets a firm has is its human resources. It is increasingly realized that the efficient and effective management of an organizations´ human capital is the critical source of its competitiveness and sustainability. While many of the tasks associated with human resource management are centered in the HR Department, all managers have HR responsibilities. This course will cover the broad range of topics associated with HR management from the perspective of the HR professional, the manager, and the employee.
