Leadership and Organizational Behavior
Degree programs: MSc Management, MSc Tri-Continental
In this module, we cover the various approaches to leadership, in particular how to lead people. Students become familiar with what it means and takes to be a leader. They discover their own leadership potential and are supported as they develop it further. The module also covers fundamental insights on humans and human interaction in organizations, focusing on the respective strengths and weaknesses of human interaction. Students learn that they also have an all-too-human side and based on that, find out about basic psychological principles. The module ultimately enables students to differentiate between people management strategies that are fertile and those that are futile.
