With our Open Day you will be able to hear about the study programs that we offer, chat with students about their student life experience at KLU, and watch a mock lecture from KLU faculty. You will have the chance to come to KLU campus in Hamburg or join the event online.

Direct Admission Day for Bachelor Applicants

Are you a high school graduate interested in applying for our Bachelor program? Are you interested in starting your studies this fall? Take part in our “Direct Admission Day” and secure your study place during the Open Day! High school students who meet the minimum grades mentioned below, have the chance to walk through the admissions process in only one day.

Who is it for

High school students with a German Abitur (min. overall GPA and math grade: 2.5)
High school students with an IB Diploma (min. overall GPA 33 and math grade 5)

How does it work

Register in advance for our Open Day and click the box that you are interested in the Direct Admission Day.
Shortly before the Open Day, please download this file, fill in the Statement of Purpose at home and bring it to the Open Day (USB stick, cloud or print).
Visit KLU’s Open Day on Saturday, June 17th, to get more information on our programs and services.
Upon arrival to the event, mention you have registered for the Direct Admission Day.
Hand in your pre-filled Statement of Purpose and your original transcripts of records (print).
Start an online application at a work station that we provide, fill in your basic data and provide consent of data.
The examination of your application and the admission interviews will take place during the event.
Get your admission result after your interview.
CELEBRATE your acceptance to KLU on the day of the event ! (hopefully)
