Abstract:

Hamburg, 1962 – a growth story begins based on the philosophy “Casual fashion for a casual life”. TOM TAILOR, then a family-owned clothing retailer, is today a successful international lifestyle company.
Since 2005 a majority private equity stake has been held in the Company.
The 2009 global economic crisis required businesses to find new ways to develop. TOM TAILOR chose to go public in 2010, listed in the SDAX stock market index.
This allowed TOM TAILOR to reduce net liabilities and, as a result, interest expenditure.
TOM TAILOR’s exciting prospects and increasing profitability make the Company a valuable capital market partner with many opportunities for further success.
Its boosted sales and earnings and excellent potential mean TOM TAILOR is able to finance its future and continue along its growth path.
