Abstract

In the business world digital technologies currently reshape completely the way work is done. Most organizations know by now that if they are to stay relevant, they must embrace digital.

The future of the people dimension however is still unclear to a lot of them. Research and experience on the other hand show that the lack of attention for the essential human component is one of the key reasons digital transformation efforts fail.

The lecture gives further insights into why collaboration and engagement are key topics when it comes to successful digitalization and how businesses can enable people - consumers, employees and partners -  to ensure their digital future.
