Marketing and Innovation

To survive over the long term organizations must develop products and services that customers value and that address needs in a manner that is environmentally acceptable to society. To achieve this, organizations must learn how to listen to the voice of the customer in obtaining feedback on what customers truly need. Subsequently, they need to develop strategies and innovative ideas to fulfill those needs and properly market their newly developed products and services so that target customers are aware of their benefits.

Participants of this 4-day executive seminar will learn how to understand customer requirements from the perspective of the customer and to manage the development of products and services that address customer needs.  The seminar creates an opportunity to learn from the best in the field and network with professionals from around the globe.

  • apply new product development processes in their organizations and show innovation capabilities in themselves
  • structure their marketing mix and develop sales strategies appropriate for their products and customers
