Long term value creation only occurs if an organization can consistently develop new and valuable products for their customers and society.

The KLU EMBA teaches students how to develop new products using processes and procedures that are driven by “voice of the customer” marketing and sales activities and that operate in an “evergreen” manner to ensure that product pipelines are continually refreshed. In addition, since new product development requires complex team leadership skills, students are exposed to practices and activities that facilitate their team leadership capabilities.
