Jasper Neerdaels is a PhD candidate in the field of Organizational Behavior and Psychology under the supervision of Christian Tröster and Niels Van Quaquebeke. He holds a Master and Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam. After his studies, Jasper worked in the communication department of UNICEF Cambodia and as a strategic planner in the communication and advertising sector at &EQUITY and achtung!. Before joining KLU, Jasper was a Senior Innovation Strategist at the innovation consultancy STURM und DRANG, researching trends and consumer behaviour in order to help companies reinvent their brand and business.
Dealing with the impact of societal and economic dynamics on the individual inspired Jasper to do his research at the KLU: He currently explores the psychological consequences of neoliberal tendencies, like self-entrepreneurship, in the workplace and beyond.
