I am a social person that believes in making friends. I grew up from a very poor background and that helped me to always wanted to help. I chose KLU because I wanted to do Humanitarian Logistics and KLU is the right place to learn about logistics.
This is what I am up to (hobbies, personal things):
I like to do volunteer work at orphanage places and I enjoy spending time there. I love handball and I am also into architectural activities.
These are the subjects which I can also help you on:
I would like to believe that I can help when it comes to questions regarding LOB (Line of Business) topics which is the case due to my previous work experience.
Why I wanted to study in Germany:
Why Germany? I love this question because I keep getting the same question almost every day. I love Germany. It is one of the world ranked countries when it comes to Logistics and has a world class transportation system. The architectural designs are great and as a planner, Germany stole my heart.
Why I wanted to study at the KLU:
I was introduced to KLU by my uncle. He told me of the good staff, hospitality and the learning environment and I was very intrigued. I wanted to study at KLU because it specializes in Logistics which is my favorite field.
These are my tips for Hamburg:
Oh Hamburg!! "I love the place". There is much to see and to do. I really like the museums here. You can check out the Museum of Ethnology. There are also places to go and relax like the very beautiful parks. You will love Hamburg when enroll at KLU because you will get a ticket to visit theaters and some of the museums in Hamburg. There is nothing more enjoyable than knowing, you have a ticket to go places for free! If you are a sports guy like me, Hamburg is the home for sports (Hochschulsports Hamburg). I love to spent the weekends with my boys and Hamburg has beautiful bars to visit with cheap and very cold beer. If you are like me and value culture you will find traditional places here, like the Landungsbrücken. The city is best known for its famous harbor area, the Port of Hamburg.
What is one piece of advice I would give to a prospective student interested in KLU?
I would say go out there and open up like a flower. KLU is ready to shape your life and future career. I would also inform the future student that at KLU we do not only teach academics but also encourage socialization as we take students from all over the world. I would also tell him/her that the lecturer student ratio is respected at KLU. Lastly I would say make the right decision and enroll at KLU where dreams come true.
What I hope to do after graduation:
After graduation at KLU I am planning on helping out at orphanage places in my country. I want to work as a Humanitarian Officer. It is my prayer that I will inspire people to apply to be part of KLU family.
