This workshop will be of most relevance to those working in the industry in roles such as category management, marketing, buying, customer business development, supply chain, distribution logistics, replenishment, profit protection, loss prevention, waste prevention and store operations.

Making Every Day Collaboration Happen! To achieve the audacious food waste reduction targets set by the industry, great collaboration across the entire retail supply chain, from farm to fork, will be critical.

However recent evidence from ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) suggests that there is a major opportunity to better collaborate, especially on Food Waste. This is not surprising, to collaborate successfully requires time, trust and patience. Further, collaboration requires requires perfect internal alignment, openness to adopting new ways of working and full data sharing.

This workshop will aim to refresh those in the retailer and fresh supplier community on the rewards of collaboration, identify what is currently getting in the way and finally, to brainstorm what it would take to make great collaboration on food waste happen, every day.

This workshop will be of most relevance to those working in the industry in roles such as category management, marketing, buying, customer business development, supply chain, distribution logistics, replenishment, profit protection, loss prevention, waste prevention and store operations.
