Susan Reh is a PhD candidate in the field of Leadership at Kühne Logistics University since September 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Hamburg with a major in industrial and organizational psychology. In 2011 she joined KLU and completed the Master of Science Program in Management. For her master thesis on "Social Comparison Dynamics at Work" she received the KLU Master's Thesis Award 2013. Since January 2014 Susan is a member of the RespectResearchGroup.
In her research, Susan seeks to understand interpersonal processes in organizations and the resulting implications and challenges for leaders. More specifically, she investigates how comparison processes among employees influence behavior toward coworkers.
