Whether you are organizing a conference, meeting or a lecture/discussion series – hold your successful meeting at Kühne Logistics University in the middle of Hamburg's HafenCity. Our rooms offer a fantastics view of the Elbe River, port activity, and HafenCity.

The KLU campus is directly next to the popular Marco Polo Terraces. You can experience the maritime, cosmopolitan flair of our campus up close when cruise ships like the Queen Mary II or one of the Aida fleet's ships docks at the cruise ship terminal across the way from KLU to begin its visit to Hamburg.

The campus’ architectural highlight is the Golden Auditorium. It seats 299 guests and is a popular venue for academic and cultural events such as readings during the Harbour Front Literature Festival.

Many of you may already be familiar with the KLU campus without being aware of it. Before KLU occupied the building, it was software giant SAP's training center. Our air-conditioned training and conference rooms meet all the current business standards and are equipped with sound, lighting, and communication technology.

The conference rooms on the 5th floor offer a fantastic panorama view of the Elbphilharmonie concert hall, busy container terminals, and the Port of Hamburg. The rooms provide the ideal setting for premium events. We use them for the KLU Executive Education courses.

With its ultra modern architecture, the Golden Auditorium is KLU’s pride and joy. The auditorium is an outstanding venue for large groups, lectures and presentations. Located on the first floor, it contains state-of-the-art technology and equipment.

The Small Auditorium at KLU is ideal for groups of up to 60 people. Also located on the first floor, it opens into the spacious foyer and provides comfort on an area of 103 m2.

  • Seating: Upholstered theater seats arranged in a semi-circle
  • Technology: Beamer, screen, sound system, radio microphone, podium, WiFi

Rates: € 750 per day / € 375 (1 – 4 hours)

The KLU Foyer is directly connected to the Golden Auditorium and the Small Auditorium and is ideal for receptions on all occasions. It also connects the cafeteria area to the stairs to the other rooms. Clear view of the magnificent Elbphilharmonie concert hall and the docks.

The three rooms on the first floor can be booked together as a package.

Group rooms for other occasions for 10 to 120 people. We have additional training and event rooms on floors 1, 2 and 5. All of the rooms have natural light and are equipped with state-of-the-art presentation technology such as beamers and sound systems.

We do not charge VAT for room rental.
