The Career Development & Alumni Relations Office team is your first point of contact for establishing connections with KLU talent. The team will assist you with your questions and provide all the information you require.
Recruiting KLU Talent
All of our students participate in an internship for a minimum of 12 weeks each summer (May - September). We would be happy to support your recruiting process by posting internship ads on our job portal or assisting in the pre-selection process. To specifically target our students, you can also offer exclusive internships for KLU students only.
Graduates & Alumni
We furthermore gladly facilitate the access to our well-trained graduates and alumni. Send us your job description (preferably as pdf) to be posted on our job and alumni portal and let us help you find the fitting candidate for your job opening.
If you want to be the first to get in touch with our graduating talent, you can also sign up for the annual CV Book, which we distribute every year in early summer by sending us an email with your contact details. You will find there the CVs of our graduating class who are eager to work for your company. Feel free to approach us when you find an interesting candidate and we will support you in getting in touch with them.
Individual Recruiting Events
We also organize private recruiting events that enable you to meet potential candidates in person. Feel free to approach us – we look forward to discussing your individual ideas and accommodating your needs.
A thesis partnership with a KLU student can give your company the unique opportunity to integrate the latest research and academic insights into your daily business. The thesis time frame is 3 to 5 months from August - January or March - July each year. A KLU professor will act as the student‘s academic supervisor and provide the necessary support during the entire thesis period. You can agree to the topic and offer suggestions directly to the student. We would be happy to post your thesis topic description on our job portal and establish contact with the relevant faculty member.
Participate in the KLU Capstone Project! You can benefit from the fresh and innovative ideas our students develop to tackle your next business problem or research project. Supervised and supported by our professors, students will develop approaches and solutions for one of your company’s current business issues or specific projects.
Sponsoring KLU Talent
Initiated by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship promotes joint engagement, creating mutually beneficial networks between universities, the industry, and students. By funding a scholarship of only €150 per month, you will support committed, highly motivated KLU students and fuel their interest in your company as a future employer.
