The mission of POM (Production and Operations Management), by its own account, is to serve as the flagship research journal in operations management in manufacturing and services.
Prof. Çerağ Pinçe, Assistant Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management, was recently nominated for having this role because of his very strong expertise in the field of sustainable operations and closed-loop supply chains. The journal is considered a top tier A-journal listed on the Business Week's list of 20 premier journals and among FT Research's 45 Premier Journals.
