Open Days

KLU is a great place to study! Take the chance and visit our modern campus on one of our open days in 2019!

Are you almost finished with your Highschool or Bachelor’s degree and thinking about applying for an international university degree in Hamburg? If you think general management and logistics and supply chain management are hot career paths, come and visit our information events. Find out, why KLU is a great place to study!

KLU students, professors and staff members will tell you about the different degree programs, their structure and curricula, and of course, your career options after graduation.

Apart from that, you can ask about scholarships, financial aid, housing, etc. We are also giving short guest lectures on different topics to give you a better idea of what to expect during your studies.

The Open Day at KLU will definitely let you feel what it is like to study at KLU. We would be pleased to welcome you to our campus, where you can spend some time with the students and professors. This event is designed for prospective students and their families.

Direct Admission for "Abiturienten"

Are you a high school graduate with a German high school degree (Abitur)? Are you interested in starting your studies this fall? Take part in our “Direct Admission” and secure your study place at KLU right at the Open Day!

How it works

  1. Prepare your Abitur certificate or preliminary school certificates of the “Oberstufe” and our statement of purpose in a digital form.
  2. Submit your online application upfront (or apply via our online application system in our computer lab during the Open Day).
  3. Visit KLU’s Open Day and talk to professors, students and staff.
  4. Conduct an admission interview with program management and faculty members.
  5. Get your admission results shortly after the interview. Please note that  in case of admission you do not have to accept our offer of admission on the same day.

Please note: Part of the application process is a statement of purpose where we ask you to answer two questions regarding your motivation to study at KLU. Answering these questions needs some time for reflection and they have to be well thought out. This is why we would like to encourage you to start and prepare your application upfront. Register now for our next Open day and inform us that you are interested in Direct Admission!

We will be there!
