Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of logistics on "Supply Chain Day 2024" with Kühne Logistics University (KLU).
On 18 April 2024, Germany's third-largest economic sector will once again show that logistics is more than just sprinters parked in the second row, problems with the parcel delivery companies or supply bottlenecks for toilet paper. For the 17th time, companies, organisations and institutes will be opening their doors to the public - both on site and online - and demonstrating just how versatile and efficient logistics is. Free company tours, business games, presentations, webinars and much more will give interested parties the opportunity to experience logistics live.
We have come up with an entertaining and exciting program for Supply Chain Day 2024. First, get to know KLU and its innovative study programs. Afterwards, we will play "Who wants ot be a billionaire - the logistics version" together. Moderated by Professor Hanno Friedrich, you can put your logistics knowledge to the test! With special authorisation and an escort vehicle, we will travel by bus directly to the container terminals and get a fascinating look behind the logistics scenes at the Port of Hamburg. Experience at first hand how Germany's third-largest economic sector works!
For the real Hamburg feeling, there's a fish sandwich and a cool Astra (local beer brand) on hand ... and a few Fishermen's Friends if you wish!
More logistics, more Hamburg in one day is hardly possible!
