Abstract

Professor Allan Lee is an Associate Professor at The University of Exeter Business School. He is Director of Research of the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Department. Allan’s research focuses on leadership and he has two main streams of research. The first is in relational leadership. This is an area of the leadership domain that focuses on leadership as a relationship between leaders and followers and thus considers both parties as influencing the leadership process. Secondly, Allan contributes to the leadership discourse by providing critical and integrative reviews that help shape the leadership field. This includes several meta-analyses of leadership topics which aim to orientate and guide future leadership research. As a recognised leadership scholar, Allan is on the editorial board at both the Leadership Quarterly and European journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and regularly review for a range of high-quality journals.
