Analytical Methods in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

This module provides students with an introduction to the analysis of business problems that are at the core of the efficient execution and management of logistics and supply chain operations. This course aims at introducing students into modelling of decision problems and the use of quantitative methods and techniques for effective decision-making. Students will be able to model and formulate decision problems arising in logistics and supply chain management and understand and use the methods and techniques covered in the course.
