Competitive Strategy in a World of Constraints

Degree program: Executive MBA

Strategy is extremely complex and made worse for practitioners since classical approaches teach that strategy is simple if one analyses a given situation diligently and then extrapolates it into the future. The course will give students a very compact overview of the most important approaches to strategy so that they can decide themselves what the most appropriate angles are from which to approach any given problem. The content and the teaching method aim at establishing life-long learning abilities in the students.
